Wonderful

The pool access room was the highlight

I wouldn’t usually write a negative review on something like this but this was particularly bad, the pillows were horrendous, it was basically like if I filled a pillow case with my balled up socks. We had one decent one but the rest were unusable :(

Great location

Location first and foremost. The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice decor, they did try hard to give it the feel of a nautical theme. Loved the tap outside for cleaning feet from the sea!

Didn't get the room in time (an hour later than check in was supposed to be). They saw I was upset and there was no compensation offered. Staff is nice but don't speak English so well. Cleaned the room but forgot to give toilet paper.

Clean, great value for money and location

Overall the hotel, the rooms and the staff is nice. Allowed me to check in earlier, right after 12:00. The usual check in time is 14:00. The room was perfectly clean. Pleasant room design. They provide slippers, beach towels, bathrobes, beach mats. Wifi working well in the room and in the lobby. Has an elevator. Hotel staff very responsive, efficient and polite. 10 min walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the nearest pharmacy and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Compared to 3 other hotels I have been to in Phuket within the same budget, this one was great.

The hotel is located near to a road which is busy during the day. There is some noise from motor vehicles during the day but it was not bothering much. It was quiet in the evenings.

Posh-looking but actually quite run down hotel close to Kata Noi beach

Good value with gorgeous interior. The location is very good, close walking distance to Kata Noi beach (walk uphill) and surrounded by restaurants, mini-markets, massage places, and banana pancake stalls. Average breakfast but at least the bacon was crispy and the Thai desserts were good.

When we’re about to take shower at night, we ran out of hot water. We asked the hotel staff to check but they said it’s just hot (which is not hot at all). Also our room card wasn’t sensing properly and it took us a bit of time to open the door every time which is quite annoying. Although the room is quite clean, the smell of the room is really giving away that the property has worn out.

Loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable. Breakfast was alright. Providing guests with slippers, beach towels and beach mat was above expectation

Room was big and clean and quiet Location was good - close to beach Nice pool The price point was good for Phuket

The hotel itself/ pool tiles etc could do with a lot of maintenance, while the rooms were nice the hotel itself needs a revamp as it is quite run down Before you arrive house keeping leave the balcony doors open, this leaves all the mosquitos and bugs in, these should be kept closed

Location is good. Near by the kata beach.

The rooms was not enough clean. Room feels very dusty. You can not open the balcony door because all of the insects/animals coming inside. The airconditing isnt clean that ensures that you get a stuffy nose.

Budget freely gem

The staff were amazing and helpful, the poolside room was my favourite, large bed if you're not use to hard mattresses then you're out of luck good for the back though. The buffet style breakfast was fantastic an assortment of hot and cool food. I Recommend waffles, and the pineapple juic .. Room service was also tasty. 5 min walk to Kata beach down side street and through open air restaurant. Kata beach is nice. Shops are restarts are close. If you Catch the blue bus from the airport you will get dropped off at the centre of Kata town ship you will have to walk about 10mins also the hotel is on hill so a slight incline to walk up. Overall an amazing stay.

My shower really needed a good scrub because there was mould build up on the grout and the glass screen had extreme calcium and lime scale build up as well as hair left from previous occupants. I didn't complain because everything else in my stay cancelled the shower out plus I just scrub it myself ????

Good place to rest one’s head after a long day at Kata Beach

The hotel was less than three or four minutes walking from Kata Beach and located just off of the main road. I could see a sliver of the beach from my room and I imagine there’s an even better view on the higher floors. You could probably walk to Kata Noi Beach from the hotel, but the hotel was on a hill so it would be a little bit of a climb in the hot sun so I didn’t even bother to try. The staff were friendly and surprised me with a pool access room upgrade at check-in. They were very helpful even with matters not directly involved with the hotel. My room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well, almost too well sometimes. The pool, even though I didn’t use it, was nice to look at and I liked that there was a fitness center alongside it.

The bathroom was a little dated and smelled a bit musty, and because the bathroom is separated from the room by a sliding slatted door type of thing, the smell permeates into the room which wasn’t always pleasant. Breakfast was not good… I only ate breakfast there once even though it was included in my reservation. I was initially impressed by the dessert table until I saw all of the little fruit flies floating around and resting on the pastries. I tried to make toast and the toaster launched my bread a good foot in the air and landed on the table (thankfully). There were Belgian-style waffles but all of the toppings were straight up fruit syrups and no maple syrup which I would have preferred.

Very nice stay

Decore is nice, comfortable room, clean, big room, amazing staff. Nice pool. Bathtub and shower options. Location is in between Kata beach nd Kata Noi beach, you can enjoy both within short 7 minutes walk, in the room they give you beach bag to use. Balcony to dry cloths.

Spider webs on shower, but other than that the room was clean. The hotel is on a little hill, might not be for everybody, far from Kata beach center around 20-30 minutes walk.. balcony was small with view to plants wall.
